What time zone does the team work in?
India Standard Time, which is 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of UK depending on BST. Our working day runs from 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST, which is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM London. That is a full working day of live overlap with your team.
How do we pay you, and in which currency?
Invoiced in GBP. UK clients usually pay by BACS or Faster Payments to our UK bank partner. Card and wire transfer also work. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, project work is billed 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery.
